420 with CNW – New Zealand Releases Details of Cannabis Legalization Referendum
The government in New Zealand has released details of how a referendum will be conducted in 2020 on the legalization of recreational marijuana. The plan was released by Andrew Little, the Justice Minister, in a press release. The three parties which make up the current government agreed on the basic elements of the plan through which recreational marijuana use will be regulated, taxed and commercialized for adults 20 and above.
