A new study has found that people with ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) tend to use less prescription drugs, which are powerful, addictive, and psychostimulants when they consume more medical marijuana. The researchers found that patients who consumed medical marijuana compounds, such as cannabinoids and terpenes, reported a higher occurrence of stopping usage of all ADHD medication. The study findings were published in the Rambam Maimonides Medical Journal last month.
